Getting Here

By Boat

The most popular way to get to Pyrénées Motorcycle Tours is by ferry into either Spanish ports of Santander or Bilbao using Brittany Ferries.  We are only a half days ride by motorway or a day’s ride using a more interesting route over the mountains.

For example, you could take the motorway to Pamplona and then come across the Pyrénées at Jaca.

Brittany Ferries offer a number of different routes into France and Spain and also popular, are the French ports of Le Havre, Caen and Cherbourg, Roscoff and Saint Malo.  Pyrénées Motorcycle Tours can be reached from all of these within a day using the motorway (8-10 hours).

By Road

Another way to get to Pyrénées Motorcycle Tours is to drive through France.

We can recommend a couple of different routes from Poitiers/Limoges.  Both take a day and use both the motorway and N roads, please contact us for the details.

We would highly recommend a B&B in the middle of France www.chaillacbnb.com as a place to stay.  Matt is located about 6 hours away from Calais and we have stayed with him and his dog Bob a number of times over the years and we have never been dissapointed.  Matt offers evening meals and used to be a chef so his food is fabulous.

Please note all journey times are approximate

By Plane

Alternatively, you could shuttle your bike to Toulouse or Barcelona and fly down to meet it.  There are two services available:

Bikeshuttle, who are based in Northants and will shuttle your bike to Toulouse
or
EuroBikeTrans, who are based in Manchester and shuttle your bike to Barcelona.

You arrange your own travel  to collect your bike and you’re then on your way – what could be easier than that?
